There are many ways to train and improve self-discipline! We wish to express gratitude and offer homage to Grandmaster Pare for tolerating Master L all these years. Here you’ll find many ways to train your mind and body to improve your quality of life. Most were gleaned while training under the supervision and instruction of Grandmaster Pare in the art of Tae Kwon Do: 1972 – present. Still standing and still willing to support us, you have a golden opportunity via his teachings via our virtual dojang.
